本人也是英语四级,专业英语要翻译,奈何谷歌、有道等翻译得词不达意,牵强的多,故求有英语方面绝对优势的朋友翻译翻译,只有几百个单词,临表无言,感激不尽.
中译英：
说到人力资源管理,就不能不提管理学大师彼得•德鲁克（PeterDrucker）.一般都认为,人力资源的概念是德鲁克最早进行较为系统的阐述的.在其1954年出版的经典著作《管理的实践》（ThePracticeofManagement）一书中,在论述管理的职能——管理员工及其工作时,德鲁克提到人力资源的概念：人力资源具有其他资源没有的素质（quality）,即协调能力、融合（integrate）能力、判断力和想象力.他认为,所谓企业管理本质上就是人力资源管理.
